Posts and Scheduling

This is where everything comes together. Every video, carousel, and generation ends up here. Upload, schedule, monitor, and manage posts across all your accounts from one place.

The Posts Tab

The Posts tab's main views:

  • All Posts. Everything: scheduled, posted, drafts, all in one list.
  • Scheduled. Posts queued for publishing. Waiting to go live.
  • Posted. Published posts with performance data.
  • Drafts. Saved variants and compositions not yet scheduled.
  • Suggestions. AI-recommended content ideas (admin only).
  • Comments. Activity from the Commenting tool.
  • Alerts. Issues that need your attention.

How the Queue Works

  • Daily pacing. Up to 2 posts per account per day by default. Instagram accounts are paced more conservatively (typically 1 per day) because Instagram rate-limits harder. Queue more than the cap and the overflow rolls to the next day automatically.
  • Timing. Posts publish inside per-account posting windows (Pacific time), randomized within the window so your accounts don't post in lockstep. Two-a-day accounts get a morning and an evening slot by default.
  • Earliest send. A post queued today goes out tomorrow at the earliest. Warming accounts schedule for the day after warming completes.
  • Removing from the queue. Find the post in the Scheduled view and remove it. Your uploaded media isn't deleted.

Each post shows a preview thumbnail, status, assigned account, and date. Search by caption text. Filter by date range. Sort by post time, views, or engagement.

Above the list, summary metrics show total scheduled, total posted, and total views with trend charts over your selected time period.

Creating Posts

Go to Posts > Create Post.

The composer lets you build multiple posts in one session. Each row is a separate post:

Upload Media

  • Video. Upload MP4 or MOV. Vertical 9:16 recommended for TikTok.
  • Slides. Upload multiple images (JPG, PNG) for a carousel/slideshow post. 9:16 or 1:1 recommended.
  • Bulk upload. Drag in multiple video files at once. Each one creates its own row automatically.

Caption

Write your caption below the media. Include hashtags directly in the text. Keep it short: 1 to 2 sentences plus 3 to 5 hashtags.

Account

Pick which account posts this content. Only Ready accounts appear in the picker. You can filter accounts by group.

Music

Attach a TikTok or Instagram audio track. Search by name or paste a link. Match the audio link to the destination account platform when possible.

Preview

A live preview shows how the post will look on a phone. Check that text and visuals are inside safe zones (not cut off by TikTok's UI).

Queue

Click Queue to schedule the post. It enters the pipeline and publishes the next day at a randomized optimal time.

You can add more rows in the same session. Click the plus button to start another post. Queue each one independently.

Save as Draft

Not ready to schedule? Save as a video draft. Drafts preserve the media, caption, account, and music. Return to them later from the Drafts view.

Scheduling

Posts schedule for the next day. The system publishes at a random time within the day's optimal posting window. No manual time-picking needed.

This approach:

  • Mimics natural posting behavior
  • Spaces posts out across the day
  • Ensures different accounts publish at different times, even from the same batch

Drafts

Drafts come from two places:

  1. Post composer. Save a post as a draft instead of queueing it.
  2. Carousel variants. Save carousel variants as drafts from the template editor.

Drafts are organized by session. Each draft group shows the source template, creation date, and variant status (working, drafted, scheduled, posted). Click into any draft to edit and queue it.

After Publishing

Posted content shows performance metrics:

  • Reach. Unique viewers.
  • Watch Time. Average view duration.
  • Completion Rate. Percentage of full views.
  • Engagement. Likes, comments, shares.

Metrics update as TikTok processes analytics. Initial numbers appear within a few hours.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple posts and delete them in bulk. Useful for cleaning up old scheduled posts or removing underperforming content.

Workflow: Scheduling a Week of Content

  1. Prepare content. Use Video to render 14 videos (7 days x 2 per day) or Carousel to generate 14 variants.
  2. Open Posts > Create Post.
  3. Upload the first video. Write a caption with 3 to 5 hashtags.
  4. Pick an account. Attach music if relevant.
  5. Queue it.
  6. Add another row. Upload the next video. New caption, new account.
  7. Repeat until all 14 are queued.
  8. Check the Posts tab. All 14 should show as Scheduled.
  9. Come back daily. Posts publish automatically. Check performance and note which hooks and topics get the most reach.

Schedule at least 2 to 3 days ahead. This gives you a buffer so accounts stay active even when you are not creating.

Supported Platforms

Posts publish to TikTok and Instagram accounts. Sounds are platform-specific, so match the music link to the account's platform.

Best Practices

Frequency

Up to 2 posts per day per account. Consistency matters more than volume: post every day rather than in bursts.

Content Mix

Vary content types across accounts: video posts, carousels, AI-generated clips. Variety keeps feeds authentic and prevents pattern detection.

Captions

  • 1 to 2 sentences plus hashtags.
  • Front-load the hook in the caption too.
  • Mix broad hashtags (500K+ posts) and niche hashtags (10K to 100K posts).

Batch Scheduling

Schedule in batches rather than one at a time. A weekly batch of 14 to 20 posts across your accounts takes 15 minutes and keeps everything running.
