Video

The Video tool is a spreadsheet-style editor for producing batches of short-form videos. Each row is one finished post: a hook clip, one or more demo clips stitched after it, overlay text, music, a caption, and the account it posts from. Fill ten rows, queue them all at once.

You will find it in the sidebar under Video.

How the Table Works

• Each row is one video. Everything that defines that post lives in the row's cells.
• Each video is built from segments. The counter at the top left sets the number of video segments per row (1 to 10). The first segment is your hook; the segments after it are your demo clips, stitched in order.
• Columns follow the segments: a video cell per segment, text overlay columns (Video 1 Text, Video 2 Text, and so on), then Music, Account, Caption, and Status. Optional columns like Lyrics and per-segment duration can be turned on.
• Cells work like a spreadsheet: click to edit, and most cells support drag to fill the same value down across rows.

The Intended Workflow

1. Add rows. Use the + add control at the bottom of the table to add rows (up to 50 at a time). Each row also has Duplicate row and Delete row actions.
2. Fill video cells. Click a video cell to upload a file, pick one from a folder (Select Video from Folder), or generate a clip with AI from a prompt.
3. Write overlay text. Type into the Video N Text columns. Hovering a text cell can show AI Suggestions you can apply with one click. Use the Edit text overlays button on a segment to position and style the text on a visual canvas.
4. Assign accounts. Set the Account cell per row, or use Randomize then Accounts to spread rows across all accounts or an account group.
5. Write captions. Fill the Caption column manually, or click Auto Caption to generate captions for every row.
6. Add music. See Music below.
7. Save. The table autosaves as you work, and the Save button commits the draft under a name. See the next section.
8. Share for review (optional). Create a review link from the save dialog.
9. Queue. Click Queue to render and queue every row to its account.

Where Your Work Is Saved

This is the part most people ask about, so here is exactly how persistence works:

• Autosave runs continuously. A few seconds after you stop making changes, the table saves automatically. Watch the indicator at the top: an amber Ready to save means there are unsaved changes, then Saving, then a green Saved with the time.
• The URL tracks your draft. Once a draft exists, the page URL carries its id, so reloading the page or coming back to the same URL restores it. You will see a Draft loaded toast confirming how many videos were restored.
• Autosaves are hidden until you press Save. Autosaved work is kept, but it does not show up in your Drafts list until you commit it. Click Save, give the draft a name, and it appears under Posts in the Drafts filter. To rename a draft, click its title at the top of the table (new drafts start as Untitled Draft).
• Reopen drafts from Posts. Go to the Posts page, switch the filter to Drafts, and click Open on a video draft. It loads straight back into the Video table.
• Leaving with unsaved changes triggers a warning so you do not lose edits by navigating away mid-save.

If edits ever seem to disappear, the usual cause is returning through a fresh page (no draft id in the URL) before the draft was manually saved. Press Save and name the draft before you leave, then reopen it from Posts then Drafts.

Editing Rows

• Text overlays. The Edit text overlays button opens an editor where you drag, resize, and style text directly on the video.
• Clip trimming. Turn on Edit Clip Duration in Table Settings to get a duration column next to each video column, with drag to fill across rows.
• Preview and render. Open a row's preview to watch the assembled video. The Render button bakes the final video; it switches to Re-render when you have edited the row since the last render. You do not have to render manually: queueing renders anything that needs it.
• Table Settings. The three-dot menu (top right of the table) has CSV tools (Paste CSV, Import CSV, Copy CSV, Export CSV) and Settings, which toggles features like Auto-Apply AI Overlay Text, Require Music for Queueing, Suggestion Pop Up, Video Overlay Mode (layer videos instead of stitching), Full Editor Shortcut, and Edit Clip Duration.
• Presets. Save the current table layout and row structure as a preset and load it later to start a new batch with the same setup.

Music

Set music per row from the Music column, or in bulk via Randomize then Music. Both open the Select Music modal:

• Paste a music link. Paste a TikTok or Instagram music link and click Select. The link is validated before it is applied.
• Or browse collections. Pick from your saved music collections and apply a track, or apply a whole collection across rows. Refresh Links fixes expired track links.

TikTok vs Instagram sounds

Music links are platform-specific. A TikTok sound cannot be attached to an Instagram post, and an Instagram sound cannot be attached to a TikTok post. The table enforces this:

• A row with a mismatch shows a warning such as "TikTok music link applied to Instagram account".
• Queueing is blocked with a Music Link and Account Platform mismatch error until you change either the music link or the account so the platforms match.

You can also require music on every row before queueing with the Require Music for Queueing setting.

Lyrics

If rows have an audio source, an Add Lyrics button appears at the top. It transcribes audio From Video Audio or From Music Link and adds a synced lyrics overlay, shown in the Lyrics column.

Review Links

Review links let anyone watch and approve your drafts without logging in.

1. Click Save. In the Save Draft dialog, enable Create shareable review link, and optionally Password protect it.
2. After saving you get a Review Link to copy or open.
3. Reviewers open the link, watch each video, approve or reject, and leave comments.
4. Reviewer edits create new versions of the videos; they never overwrite your draft.

When you save again with Update existing draft on, the same share link keeps working and reviewers see the updated content. The settings button next to Save reopens the dialog to manage the existing link: see its view count or change the password.

Queueing to Accounts

When rows are ready, click Queue (or select specific rows first to queue only those; the button shows the count).

• Every row needs an account and a caption. Queueing stops with a Missing required fields message if any are empty, and with "Add videos before queueing" if a segment has no video.
• Your draft is saved first, so nothing is lost if you navigate away mid-queue.
• Each row renders its final video and is queued to its assigned account. You can leave the page; queueing continues in the background.
• The Status column tracks each row. Failed rows can be retried from the same column.
• Queued posts appear on the Posts page under the Queued filter.

FAQ

I edited a draft, left the page, and my changes were gone. Is that a bug? Usually not lost, just not surfaced. Autosave keeps your work tied to the draft in the URL, but the draft only appears in your Drafts list after a manual Save. Name the draft, press Save, and reopen it from Posts then Drafts.

Why is my Queue blocked? Check for rows missing an account or caption, segments without videos, a music and account platform mismatch (TikTok sound on an Instagram account or the reverse), or missing music while Require Music for Queueing is on.

Do I need to render before queueing? No. Queueing renders any row that does not have an up-to-date render. Use the per-row Render button only when you want to preview the final output first.

Can clients review videos without an account? Yes. Send them the review link. They can watch, approve or reject, and comment. Add a password if the content is sensitive.

Why does the page say read-only? You opened a draft that belongs to a different organization. You can view it but not change it. Open it from its own organization to edit.

Where do queued videos go? To the assigned account's queue. Track them on the Posts page under Queued, and after posting under Posted.
